How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 2 to 3 working days in major cities, and up to 5 working days in smaller towns.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. We confirm every order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders we can't reach you about may be held.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
This depends on the courier's policy. If anything is wrong when you open it, message us within 7 days with a photo or video and we'll sort it out.
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page or message us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
