These terms apply when you use shoq.pk or place an order with Shoq. By shopping with us, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them short and clear.

About us
Shoq is an online store based in Pakistan, selling beauty, home, kitchen and tech products for delivery across the country.

Placing an order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we've confirmed it with you by phone or WhatsApp and dispatched it. We may decline or cancel an order if:
- we can't reach you to confirm it
- the item is out of stock
- there's a clear mistake in the price or product details
- we have reason to believe the order isn't genuine
If we cancel, we'll let you know.

Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes. A delivery charge of Rs 200 is added at checkout unless an offer says otherwise. Prices and offers can change, but the price shown when you placed your order is the price you pay.

Payment
We accept cash on delivery only. Please have the exact amount ready when the rider arrives where possible.

Product details
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and a manufacturer may update packaging from time to time. Product sizes and measurements are approximate.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery charges, timings and tracking.

Returns and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains what we accept and how refunds are paid.

Using our website
Please don't place fake orders, give false details, or try to interfere with how the website works. We may block orders from anyone who repeatedly refuses parcels or misuses our service.

Our responsibility
We're responsible for delivering what you ordered in good condition. We aren't responsible for problems caused by misuse of a product or by events outside our control, such as courier strikes, severe weather or network outages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The text, photos and design on shoq.pk belong to Shoq or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking us first.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
