Shipping policy

We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan, from Karachi to Gilgit, through reliable courier partners.

Delivery charge
Delivery costs a flat Rs 200 per order, wherever you are in Pakistan. Orders over Rs 3,000 ship free.

Paying for your order
Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives at your door. No card or advance payment needed.

Confirming your order
After you order, one of our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your details. This helps us avoid wrong addresses and fake orders. Please keep your phone close. If we can't reach you within [48 hours], we may have to cancel the order.

How long delivery takes
Confirmed orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar: 2 to 3 working days
- Other cities and towns: 3 to 5 working days
- Remote and northern areas: 5 to 7 working days

Sundays and public holidays aren't working days. Weather, strikes and busy sale periods can occasionally add a day or two, and we'll keep you posted if that happens.

Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you the tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also message us any time and we'll check for you.

Getting the address right
Please add a nearby landmark (a mosque, school, market or bank) to your address. It makes a real difference to how quickly couriers find you. If the rider can't reach you after several attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and we'll get in touch to arrange delivery again.
